Krishna Kumar

Mr. Krishnakumar Vaitheeswaran took over as the CFO of Unipro Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd and Retail POS Pvt ltd a leading Industrial automation and POS software solutions organization, on 18th January 2023. Prior to this role, he was heading the Software delivery leadership roles in various MNCs. In his former functional role, he was responsible for the financial management of the company’s individual operating units. He has over three decades of experience with the IT giants across various delivery leadership roles (both onshore and offshore) and has played a pivotal role in the various global delivery and financial transformations that the company has undergone.

Mr. Krishnakumar has started his career in FMCG giant in 1992 and spent his early years in accounting, Financing and treasury operations besides Secretarial regulatory compliance, M&A spin offs, amongst others. In his earlier responsibilities, he has played a key role in the USA and India JV of Indian Subsidiary in 1998 and subsequently in various financial transformation journeys involving simplification, straight through processes, early closures, and better cash management.


Mr.Krishnakumar completed his master’s degree in Commerce Alagappa College, Karaikudi and completed his Chartered Accountancy (ACA) from ICAI, Delhi and Company Secretary (ACS)from ICSI Delhi. Krishnakumar is based out of Chennai.
